However in a unlikely event of damaged goods on arrivial (DOA), we offer 3 days return and replacement (We pay for return postage) and if we don't have stock to replace, we will refund you in full. Customers claiming DOA must return goods in original conditions, full packaging and with the proof of purchase. (Note: refund is only available when no replacement can be sent)

ii) All our products which has free Warranty included and/or customers purchased extended warranty can return their faulty products for repair/replacement within warranty period. Buyer pays shipping when claiming warranty (Except for DOA)

iii) REGION FREE GAMES Exclusively offer our customers 'CHANGE MIND' Returns. Items must be returned in full and within 7 days of delivery in its original, resalable condition. Postage cost will be deducted from total amount refunded. A flat fee of $5 will be also charged for restocking and handling of the return.
