This ad is for a comprehensive workshop brake caliper service pack to cover most calipers fitted to Japanese motorcycles. We have put this packup together based on our experience as brake servicing specialists, and the feedback from our general servicing workshop.
We consider the components in this kit to be the most commonly required for normal service/MOT maintenance on the vast majority of Japanese motorcycle brakes.

Just send us your calipers, (making sure you include a note with your instructions, address and phone number). Turnaround takes about two days from receiving your calipers for Rebuild, or a week if you require the full Refurbishment with recoating.

Prices per caliper: Single/twin 4 Pot 6 Pot
Disassemble, examine piston condition, solvent bath clean.
Check and clean pins and springs, reassemble and refit.
Your calipers will be mechanically ‘good as new’, giving long term peace of mind.
(Price includes new pressure seals, dust seals, caliper half seals, spring retaining screws (if applic), bleed nipples and dust caps.
Pistons are rarely required unless requested by the customer, but are available).
As Rebuild, plus media stripped and recoated in a choice of colours.
