Please remember there is a MAXIMUM of 16 letters, numbers, punctuation marks and spaces per line.
EACH PUNCTUATION MARK COUNTS AS ONE OF THE 16.
EACH SPACE COUNTS AS ONE OF THE 16.
EACH LETTER COUNTS AS ONE OF THE 16.
EACH NUMBER  COUNTS AS ONE OF THE 16.

There is a maximum of 5 lines per tag. Only one side of tags can be used.
Send the information in Line By Line Format.
