We do not accept returns on our items. This is because we use a certified watch horologist to work on our items. He used high magnification and if there is a flaw he will see it. We also have a retired electrical engineer check our items for the batteries an electrical charge. If there is a problem, he will find it and again uses high magnification so nothing gets past him. In addition, we use eyeglasses and a magnifying glass when preparing items to be shipped.
We are not a penneys or macys but a small business and we sell rare, vintage and many times one of a kind items.
We respectfully request that you be certain that you wish to purchase an item.
That being said, if an antique timepiece has any issues, we will pay return postage, and make it right. If there is a flaw that was overlooked, we will exchange it for the exact same item, and send it out. If we do not have another, we will than issue a refund.
If a buyer cannot give us an opportunity to make things right, and opens up a case against us on ebay, we will block that buyer from all of our ebay stores and they will no be able to purchase from us again in the future.
Every human being deserves the chance to make things right. And, please be certain you can afford an item, before committing to the purchase.

We usually ship items within 24 hours after payment, but, if a watch needs a battery replaced and our watch horologist is not available right away, ebay penalizes us and causes us all kinds of problems. So, this is why we have changed our handling time. But, we will notify the buyer.
We do not offer a return policy. This is because we have a watch horologist who graduated from a certificated program, an electrical engineer who is retired, work on our timepieces. We also use a magnifying glass when preparing items for shipping so it is very unlikely that an item would not be up to par.
However, being human, sometimes errors can occur. If they do we want to be given an opportunity to make it right, or replace it, and if we can't do those two things, than issue a refund. And, if a buyer opens up a case against us, without first contacting us and allowing us to correct any defect, they will be permanently blocked from any future purchases on our sites here and anywhere else on the internet. We are sorry to take this stance, but, many good sellers are being treated unfairly on the site, who are good people, and certainly deserve better. We never send anything out to a buyer unless it is absolutely right.
If you can't afford to follow through on a transaction, please do not buy. We are not selling 1,000 of the same exact item but rare, vintage timepieces, and sometimes one of a kind and we are not a macys or penneys. We are a little, independent shop owner.
