Petco Shipping Policies
We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States so you get your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be sent from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock. In the event your order can't be filled by a single warehouse, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. As your items ship, we will send you an email detailing the shipment along with tracking numbers to track your packages during transit.

We use a variety of carriers that include UPS, Fed Ex freight (only for large and heavy items) and the United States Postal Service. The carrier we choose depends upon your destination and the items in your order.   We are unable to offer you the ability to choose the carrier by which your order will be shipped. Due to carrier restrictions, some rural addresses are delivered in 6 - 12 business days.

We currently do not ship to:  Alaska or Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, international locations or U.S. Territories.

Some items may limit the shipping methods available due to being oversized/overweight or shipping directly from the product manufacturer.

Please Note:  Most items will be shipped within 1 business day from the order being placed. Items with longer shipping times will be noted under "More Shipping Info" on the product page.  These items ship directly from the manufacturer. You may receive separate shipments of your order if this occurs. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for delivery of items shipping directly from a manufacturer, handling times will be noted for these types of items. Items from the manufacturer cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Petco Tax Information
Petco is required by law to charge applicable tax on all online orders shipped to states in which Petco has a physical location.  Tax quotes will be charged during the checkout process on eBay.

We want to make sure you and your pet are completely satisfied with every purchase. So our return policy is simple.

We will honor returns within 60 days of purchase.  Please contact customer service using the below contact information in order to ship the item(s) and your packing slip, stating the reason for the return, to your nearest Petco warehouse at one of the following addresses. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx or UPS (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference).
If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Petco on eBay, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to Petco, not to exceed the published UPS Ground rate for the weight of the package.
If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from Petco.
Merchandise cannot be returned to a local retail Petco store.
