To ensure that your delivery arrives in time for Christmas, please refer to the order cut off dates below:
For Economy Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd class), please place your order before the 19th December.
For Standard Delivery (Yodel 48), please place your order on or before the 20th December.
For Express Delivery, please place your order by 12pm on 21st December.
Once an order has been dispatched it is down to the courier to deliver your parcel on time. Estimated delivery dates are only an estimate and not guaranteed.
Estimated Delivery We endeavour to deliver all parcels within the allocated time frame, however please note that all of our delivery times are ‘estimated’. Therefore it is not guaranteed to arrive by the date indicated. If you have not received your item within the allotted time frame please contact us for help to track your parcel. During busy periods please allow up to 5 working days before querying your order in case there are delays with the post office/courier.

Courier Services Just Beauty use Royal Mail as well as other courier services depending on the size and contents of the item/s. If you have not received your item you can reschedule delivery by following the instructions left on the calling card.
It is then the responsibility of the customer to act upon the instructions given on the calling cards to ensure the parcel is not sent back to us. If the item is sent back to us there will be a small charge to resend the order. (Between £1.99 and £2.99 depending on the product/size of the order/ type of deliver) Please contact the office for more information or if you require your tracking details. Argos Click & Collect This allows you to have your parcel delivered to your chosen Argos Store, making it convenient for you to collect your parcel at a time which suits you. Once your parcel has been delivered to the store and is ready to collect, you will be emailed a collection code from EBay into your inbox (or SMS, if this option was selected). We do not have access to this collection code. Once you have received this code remember to take it with you to collect your parcel. Please note if the parcel is not collected within 7 days of receiving the collection code, the item will be returned to our warehouse

30 Days Returns Guarantee
Returns Policy “No Questions Asked” We have a 30 day return guarantee. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via Ebay stating the reason for your return. Please note that we do not cover the return postage cost on unwanted returns. Refunds will be given once we have received and processed the item, we recommend using a tracked and signed for service as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Amending Details Whilst there might be some exceptions, In most cases, once you have placed your order we are unable to amend your details due to our fast ‘pack and dispatch’ service. This includes cancelling orders, changing items/colours and amending addresses. You will need to refer to our returns policy if you no longer wish to keep the order.
Faulty/Damaged Items If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. We are more than happy to replace faulty/damaged items within 30 days or their warranty period. We may ask you to send us pictures for our reference. (mylee products have a warranty period of six months)
