Return or Exchange Item(s):If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) you must inform us within 7 days of receipt, please email us quoting your order ID, your name, address, and the item you wish to return. We will issuer you with a Returns Number. All return item(s) must be received within 10 days of Return Number issued date.
In all cases, the item(s) returned must be in their unused original condition(s)*. All goods will be inspected on return.
For health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings or navel jewellery(s). Ring(s) ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable.
The item(s) is/are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Faulty or Wrong Item(s):
If the item(s) you received is/are faulty or is/are not what you originally, please email us quoting your order ID, your name and address, the product(s) code and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. All return item(s) must have a valid Return Number. All return item(s) must be received within 10 days of Return Number issued date.
Refunds
All refunds will be for the full price paid for the item(s), but not for the costs of gift wrapping and postage. Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment usually within 14 working days.

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriated discount level.
