Warranty Terms and Conditions
Parts and kits only
Unless otherwise stated in the individual listing, all our items have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. Faults caused by accidental damage, water damage, improper repair or customer mis-use are excluded from the warranty. Consumable items, such as batteries are excluded.
Fitted handsfree car kits (supplied and fitted by JustCarKits)
We are pleased to offer a 2 year parts warranty against manufacturing defects on all Parrot handsfree car kits fitted by JustCarKits. All our Parrot kits are official Parrot UK stock with full UK warranty.
In addition we also offer a 3 year installation warranty on all installtion work undertaken by JustCarKits.
We are a Certified Parrot Installer with over 20 years experience in the mobile communications industry.
To resolve a warranty issue please contact JustCarKits by phone, email or through the Ebay messaging system. We will need your customer details to process any claim.

Returns Procedure
Please note that Programming Cables are NOT eligeable for return, as these are service items used by technically competent personnel to update electronic components. We are happy to repair/replace any faulty programming cables within the 1 year warranty period.
Purchases made under "Buy it Now" Listing.
We are happy to accept returns on items purchased under a "Buy it Now" listing.
If an item has been correctly supplied but does not fit/is not suitable we are happy to exchange it, as long as the return postage costs (to return and re-send) are covered by the customer.
Should you wish to return an item please email us through the Ebay messaging system within 14 days of receipt of the item, stating the reason for return. We will then issue a RMA (returns authorisation) number. This RMA number, along with Ebay item No. customer name and contact phone No. should be included with the returned item. The RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the returned package. Failure to include this information will result in delays in processing the returned item. The item should be in "as new" condition and in a re-saleable condition. Items that appear to have been used, have the incorrect serial number, are incomplete, have had unauthorised or improper repair or are damaged by customer mis-use will be returned at the customer's expense.
The cost of returning any item is the customer's responsibility, unless the item has been incorrectly supplied / misdescribed in the listing.
When returning items it is recommended that a "Signed For" service with adequate insurance cover is used, as we will not be able to refund any items that are not received.
Special order items cannot be returned

Any item(s) purchased under an auction listing format is(are) not eligeable for return unless a) the item is not as described or b) the item is faulty upon receipt.
