RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14 day return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:
1. Refunds and exchanges can ONLY be made within the 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
2. Item must be in the original non-damaged condition in which it was received. This includes packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and ALL accessories. If received in any other condition besides the one stated, item will not be accepted.
3. If the item has been opened and/or used a 15% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
4. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Although we offer free shipping, we still need to pay for the shipping, and in the case of returns shipping and handling fees paid by us will be deducted.
5. Customer is responsible for shipping, shipping costs and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that you return shipments that are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper/carrier, or damaged by carrier.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship only to the valid address on file with Paypal.

For security reasons, we are unable to alter the addres or redirect the package after payment has been made.

We ship our items using either USPS Priority, First Class or Fedex Ground depending on the weight

We use Fedex for 2nd Day $9.99

We use Fedex for Overnight $29.99

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

RESTOCKING FEE

MANUFACTURE WARRANTY

The majority of the devices we sell come with the standard one-year manufacturer's warranty.
This warranty is handled directly with the manufacturer in the country of origin. For example, if we import a device from Samsung in Korea and the device is faulty, you would need to contact Samsung Korea for instructions on how to have the device serviced.  Most times we’re able to help you with this process, however any and all fees including shipping costs would be your responsibility.

An alternate solution we offer that we believe is better accommodated for our clients is our warranty service with Consumer Priority Service. You can purchase the warranty with either 1 or 2 years of protection for parts and labor only, which covers software issues.
