Q. How do I pay you?
•Please use eBay's checkout to complete the order.

•Q. How long do I have to get payment to you?
•Payments are due within 7 days of auction ending. If you need a little bit longer then email us and we can make arrangements. There are some items such as boats, autos, furniture etc: that need to have a deposit sent within 24 hours and will be noted on the auction listing. We will send an email informing you that we received payment.
•Q. When will you ship after receiving payment?
•We usually try to get packages shipped within 24 hours. There are times in our busy season where it may take a little bit longer. Items shipped via DHL will have an email sent later in the day that has the tracking information. Packages shipped via USPS will have an email sent with a Delivery Confirmation number. Please note that Delivery Confirmation is not a tracking system but a proof of Delivery.
•Q. How long will it take to receive my package?
•We are located on the East Coast in New England so please allow UPS travel times of 1-2 day to New England states, 3-5 for East Coast, 5-7 days Middle states and 7-10 days West Coast. Packages sent via USPS Priority is usually within 2 days anywhere. USPS 1st Class is up to 7-10 days to the West Coast. For your protection, ALL items with sale price of $500.00 or greater will require signature upon delivery.
•Q. If I am local can I pick up my item in person?
•Sorry, our warehouse is not open to the public for local pick up. There are some exceptions of course in the case of furniture and cars etc: and is noted on the auction.
•Q. What if I'm not pleased with my product?
•We'll make it right! Our core business practice is to treat our customers the way we would like to be treated and we treat ourselves nice! :) If there is a problem with the product please give us a chance to make it right.
•Q. Can I combine items that I've won for the same shipping cost?
•No, we will discount some items for total shipping cost but please check with us first before the auctions closes. In order for us to stay competitive on eBay we are forced to pay close attention to "shipping and handling" fees to maintain our total profit figures.
