Fab Wall Art now send all items through Royal Mail - our customers expect their items to be delivered undamaged and in a timely manner and as such we no longer use budget couriers.

• Your item will be sent using Royal Mail 48 and should be delivered in 2-3 working days
• You can also select Royal Mail 24 for a small additional cost of 50p
• If your item has not arrived within 5 days, please contact us immediately
• Worldwide postage typically takes 5-10 days but can often take longer. Please contact us if you have not received your item(s) after 20 days

• Each vinyl decal is cut to order to ensure that we can deliver the best value for money for our customers - we accept returns provided that your item is unused and intact. We cannot accept returns for personalized items and placing your order with us indicates your acceptance of this condition
• Our items are cut carefully and individually checked for defects at 2 points in our manufacturing process. It is extremely unlikely that defects will be missed but in the event that your item arrives with a physical defect, you may return the item to us within 14 days, with the application tape intact and in original packaging for a replacement item or refund
• Above all, we want all our customers to be happy - should you have any issue at all, please get in touch - we are always willing to help to the best of our ability
