Items will be sent First Class to the UK unless specified. I always obtain a Certificate of Posting if the parcel is lost or damaged by Royal mail you will be eligible for compensation up to £41. If your item is valued at over £41 then you are advised to choose Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, although more expensive, it offers compensation up to £500 in case of loss or damage by Royal Mail.
Once purchased, all items are carefully packaged in acid-free tissue & then placed in waterproof postal bags (more delicate items are also placed in special gift boxes for added protection) and are posted next working day.
If you do need to return your item please follow the returns procedure:
1) Please contact me within 2 days of receipt to notify me of your intention to return.
2) Ensure that all items are in their original wrapping with all Tags & Security labels still intact ~ all garments should be returned in the same condition they were sent and with no odours of perfume or smoke & they should be checked to ensure they are make-up free. All items are thoroughly checked before listing and dispatch so should reach you in perfect condition.
3) Items must then be received back to me within 7 days by fully insured & recorded post (Special Delivery) this gives you proof/guarantee of delivery. Refunds will only be issued for the price paid for the actual item itself, I do not refund postage & packaging.
As soon as I receive the item back safely I will issue a refund & then email to confirm & ask that you agree to cancel the transaction.
