BRAND NEW UNOPENED CD!!!
Never got a chance to open it and listen but I do know there is some good stuff on this CD.
It's not your Grand Ma's music. Unless of course, she is a Head Banger :-)
I noticed afterward, there is a little scratch or crack in the jewel case. Can't really tell without unwrapping it.
If this is a problem, we can discuss maybe a remedy.
This of course does not affect the CD or the Music that comes off of it.

I hope my
Pictures show exactly what I mean as my pictures play a very important part of
my Listings and are basically about ¾ of the representation of my description
and conditions. Therefore, what you see is what you get.
What you say and do
is very important to me. I have tried to the best of my ability to show you
various angles to give you the best representation of anything I take pictures

mistakes as we are all human, although
in eBay World sometimes you have to be more. :-)

Most
People after they Buy an item from me just Pay with Paypal before an Invoice is
sent to them. Therefore, if you would like an Invoice to Pay on, please Contact
me and Let me know and I will gladly send you one. Also, there is always a
Packing Slip as your Payment Receipt for your Records in every item I ship.

IS PRIMARY CHOICE. Other ways can be discussed though, if you Contact me.

Even
though I have no Control over what happens to a Package when it leaves me, I
have a Pretty Good Track Record of keeping items intact when shipping. As I
make sure items are Protected Real Well so that they arrive Safe and Secure to
your Abode. :-)
Should
an Insured item break in Transit, Please put all the Packing Material that I
used, Damaged Box and Damaged Item together and email me right away with a
picture of all within 24 hours of Receiving Item so that I can Verify to the
Post Office what happened . You can then take all just mentioned to the Post
Office, show them the Packing Material that was used for the Item and tell them
it was Packaged Very Well. They will either give you a refund right then and
there and take the item, or they will contact me whereas they will send me the
Refund that I am to give to you. However you will not have to wait for USPS to
give me your Refund before I give it to you. I will Process it right away for
you before I receive it from them. Remember this is for Insured items only.
Some items will automatically come Insured, other smaller items you will need
to contact me in regards to this.

Vary
Rarely does this happen, but it could. If you receive an item and it is
defective, email me with a picture of it within 24 hours and we will discuss
how this Refund will be processed; Replacement, Item of equal price or Money
Back.

PROTECTION POLICY<<
Of
course, it goes without saying this Policy is in effect. I would appreciate
however if you would Contact me before opening a Case in regards to receiving
something you believe is different than what I am Listing. I know for a fact,
we can work something out instead of going through the eBay Court process.
