theSoleRoom is not a retail store. All sales are final and are sold as is. Shipping and Handling fee is non-refundable. Please do not refuse a delivery or return a product without contacting us first. An approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all exchanges and returns. An exchange will only be granted for defective/DOA (Damaged on Arrival) products, and if we have made a mistake in shipping out your order (ex. Shipping the wrong item, color, size etc). A refund will only be granted if we no longer have the item in stock for an exchange. We do not offer refunds on any item unless the item was grossly mispresented. All other item(s) not eligible for full refund but have been approved by us for return are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. We are only able to reimburse return shipping costs for up to $15. If you have been approved for returning an item that is not eligible for a full refund (in other words, merchandises that are in perfect selling condition), the return shipping cost will be borne by the Buyer. We only accept returns of sneakers in its original condition. All used or worn sneakers will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTION. Returning item(s) without contacting us for an approval will be refused and returned to the sender at the Buyer’s cost. Buyers who refuse a delivery without approval will be responsible for the initially charged shipping fees and will be subjected to shipping charges incurred when returning the product.

15% Restocking Fee
Allow us to take a moment to explain why we are charging a restocking fee for returning item(s). Please understand that the 15% restocking fee is not a penalty, nor are we trying to gain any profit from our Buyers. It is strictly for covering the eBay and PayPal fees that we have been charged for completing the transaction. Every time a Buyer commits to purchasing an item off our eBay store via. PayPal, eBay and PayPal will charge us a total of 13% in transaction fees. Moreover, we only charge our customers up to $15 for shipping to the US (Majority of our shipping is free). We are subsidizing our Buyers as the actual shipping cost for shipping to the US can range from $8-$30+. Once an item has been shipped, we have no way of getting the money back from our courier. The remaining 2% is to subsidize for our loss in shipping costs. Please note that this 15% restocking does not include any labour, packing materials, or any operational costs.
