At CPO we pride ourselves on a fast and helpful all-round service. As well as answering any query as quickly as possible, and, of course, to the best of our ability, we also try to ship all orders on the (working) day of purchase, if ordered and paid for in full before 3pm.
When possible, all of our items are sent via the Royal Mail Postal Service, via the 2nd class economy option. There are times when, at our discretion, we may choose to send orders by way of Interlink, our chosen domestic courier. This could be due to consignment weight or size, or simply due to the overall cost of the order. This next day designated courier service is also an option for you at checkout, if the items are required as quickly as possible. The same cut off time as stated above, would apply.
What if my item hasn't arrived yet?
No need to panic; there could be a very simple reason, or answer. The first step would be to find out if the item had any tracking details. For small, cost effective items, it is highly unlikely. With or without Royal Mail tracking details, it is possible to find out from your local post office if they are holding any undelivered mail for your premises. It does happen that the little red calling card has not been left with you, or has been mislaid. You should find that the postal staff can help you.
