Your Item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner.

All orders will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verifiction of your payment information.

We will replace any item that you are unhappy with or offer you a full refund less the shipping cost. Return your unused purchase to us postmarked within 14 days of the order date for a full refund.

They will not be accepted if the goods have been used or fitted or not fit for resale. We can only credit the card used for the original purchasing transaction or refund the PayPal transaction. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded unless error is by West Lancs

 Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order that has been clearly marked as to which item/s are being returned in the package.
