Made of a soft, black plush velvet.
With a beige /gathered ruched trim.
A soft cloche/skull cap style hat that fits to head shape.
Fully lined.
This is a really beautiful hat!
There is no size label.
It measures 21 1/2 inches inside the hat.
This hat is in very good vintage condition. We do not see any holes or tears. Please look at our pictures and ask any questions you may have.
