Standard Shipping

All UK mainland orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same working day using Hermes 2-3 working day tracked service (unless specified otherwise). For Northern Ireland deliveries, we use Royal Mail 2nd class tracked service. Tracking numbers are available upon request.

Want it quicker?

Opt for ‘Express Delivery’ option on checkout and your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail 24 hour before 1pm Tracked. Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched same working day.

Want to return it? – No Problem!

All unopened, unwanted items returned within 30 days of receipt will be offered a full refund. All returns assistance should be emailed to: sales@brandedgenie.com where we will email you a returns note and address information.

Please note we are unable to reimburse postage costs for unwanted items, however in the unlikely event your item may be faulty we will reimburse postage charges via Paypal upon inspection. Any faulty returns must be notified by email to: sales@brandedgenie.com within 24 hours of receipt.
