We also put a lot of effort into Wakeboarding and also Snowboarding stacking the worlds best brands in our store and online.

At Surface 2 Air Sports we want you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible, which means we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorization and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

• If you order before 1pm, Monday to Friday and we have your items in stock , we'll despatch the same day for 2-3 day's delivery.
• If you order after 2pm, we'll still try to despatch that day but, if we can't, we'll despatch the following day.
• Items ordered after 2pm Friday or over a weekend will be despatched Monday.
• Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week.
• Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.

www.s2as.com stock levels are constantly updated to maintain live stock levels but demand can sometimes be high and we occasionally run out of popular items.

If we have run out of stock and can't despatch your order within the next 2 working days, we'll email or call you with a revised despatch date. You can then either accept the revised delivery date or cancel the order - as you wish. 

Our standard couriers are ParcelForce and andCityLink.

All orders are shipped for within  2-3 days delivery Monday – Friday (depending on stock) and require a signature on receipt. If no-one is home a delivery card will be left with details of the next delivery attempt and contact number of the local depot. If you would like your order to be “left safe” on your property should no one be home, please specify details in the comments as you check out. 

The delivery charge for orders outside of mainland UK under £100 is calculated on the weight of the items and the destination country.

Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’.It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not singed for as such, Surface 2 Air Sports cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date.
