Once your order has left Le Breve HQ, you'll receive a confirmation email from us letting you know your parcel's on its way. This email will inform you of your allocated courier and include your tracking number. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day however this may change for Bank and Public holidays.

Our Couriers are always up early and late to bed, they deliver between the hours of 7am - 6pm.

Our couriers may require you to sign for your parcel, however don't worry if you aren't around when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave it in a safe or with a neighbour. Alternatively if none of these options are available, they will leave a calling card to confirm a more appropriate time to delivery your goods. Please note what the courier has specified on the calling card as you may be required to collect the parcel from the post office.

Tracking your order;

You can track your order in 3 simple steps:

1. Find your Le Breve dispatched email which has your allocated courier

2. Go to your allocated couriers website

3. Type tracking number into the search box and click track

Standard Delivery 2-3 working days - £3.99

Delivery days are between Monday - Friday. There are no deliveries on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Please note certain remote parts of Scotland, Ireland, Highlands and Channel Ireland's may experience short delays on this service. 

If you have provided a contact number on your order you will receive a text message informing you when your parcel is out for delivery.

Next Working Day - £4.99

Next day delivery is only available Monday - Friday on orders placed before 2pm. This service is not available on Weekends and Bank holidays. Next working day orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday may not be delivered till the following Monday.

Certain areas are not eligible for Next Day delivery; you will be informed of this when entering your delivery address at the checkout and will default to you allocated delivery option.

Ireland Delivery - £7.99*

European Delivery - £9.99

International Delivery - £14.99

*Please note orders placed after 2pm cannot be guaranteed for next working day delivery.

Republic of Ireland delivery is charged at £10 per item via a Royal Mail 3-4 working days service
