Return Policy

Returns are accepted only within 30 days of purchase. 

When reason of return is “purchased by mistake”, or “changed mind”.

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and tracking cost.

• New items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, when applicable.

• For items with a manufacturer or factory seal, the seal must be unbroken and intact. Software keys must be unused.

• Return shipping is free. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received.

• You must also include, in the same condition as it was received: All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags. All accessories such as cords and remotes. And Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards.
