Reminder:  The delivery date shown above is only an estimated date from eBay.  No one can really guarantee the item will arrive by that date, especially during holiday season, although in most cases it does.  We can only guarantee we'll ship out the item on the next business day but nothing more.

When we ship out the package, it will be dropped in the USPS collection box, so that the tracking bar code will not be scanned and the information may not be available until the package goes to the dispatch center, so there will be several days delay.

Our policy is:

• If you don’t see the package tracking info available in 2 weeks, contact us and we’ll issue 10% partial refund.

• If you don’t receive the package in 3 weeks, we’ll issue 20% partial refund.

• If you don’t receive the package in a month, we’ll refund the full amount, even though you’ll get it eventually.

Definition:

For DS/3DS or Playstation Vita games, the Listing condition is based on the case, except the item is cartridge only..  

For Other Games, the listing condition is based on the Disc condition.

Disc / Cartridge (DS/3DS) :

Like New:  Mostly no scratches, maybe couple hairline scratches, if there’s any. No marks on cartridge for the DS/3DS games.

Very Good: A few hairline light scratches. For DS/3DS game, the cartridge show minor wear.

Good: Shows scratches, but tested & works great. For DS/3DS game, the cartridge show wear.

Acceptable: Many scratches, conditions are vary, read the description.

Case:

Like New:  Shows no wear, if there’s sticker residues, it will be emphasized by picture.

Very Good: No major defects, shows little wear and sticker residues.  If there’s any small defects or damages, it will be emphasized by picture.

Good: Shows worn.  If there’s any defects or damages, it will be emphasized by picture.

Acceptable: Damaged.  Look for pictures & description for detail.

Steel Case:

Like New:  No obvious scratches or dents, it may have small sticker or residues

Very Good: some scratches and/or minor dents, it may have sticker or residues

Good: small dents, some scratches, and sticker or residues.  If there’s any defects or damages, it will be emphasized by picture.

Acceptable: Damaged.  Look for pictures & description for detail.

Cover Artwork:

Like New:  Shows no wear, if there’s sticker residues, it will be emphasized by picture.

Very Good: No major defects, shows little wear on the edges.  If there’s any small defects or damages, it will be emphasized by picture.
