Domestic Shipments
For domestic shipments, all items 13 ounces and under are shipped USPS First Class Mail. The standard delivery time for these packages is 2-5 business days.
All Items 14 ounces and above are shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (1-3 business days).
For an additional fee, USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) is available on all orders.
All tracking information is automatically uploaded to your "My eBay" page at time of shipment.
Shipments on items paid for with PayPal e-check are delayed 3-5 days until payment clears.
Once payment is clear, orders are shipped daily -- Monday through Saturday.
All items are packed very carefully for loss prevention.

International Shipments
We ship to Canada, Europe, Australia, and many countries throughout the world including military bases every day with no difficulty. However, international shipping is much different than domestic shipping, so please understand the following:

In most cases you will have 4 shipping options to choose from at checkout. Standard International Shipping is by far the least expensive service available. Please note that Standard International Shipping is a very reliable service but it is slow. In our experience, 2 weeks is the average transit time, but packages can regularly take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive after leaving our facility. There is no route tracking along the way. If you desire more security, faster delivery, and are willing to pay the fee, we will ship USPS Priority International or USPS Express Mail which are insurable and trackable.

Depending on your country's laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Departure Outdoors includes the cost of your items and the cost of shipping. Any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery is your responsibility. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.

Here are the requirements
You want a full refund or replacement item, not a partial refund or exchange.

Your address is in the US.

You haven't been suspended from using eBay hassle-free returns

Things to keep in mind:
Request a return by the time specified in the Return policy section of the listing - ususally 30 days.
Ebay issues you a return shipping label and packing slip that you must print out using your lasder or inkjet printer. Then:
Ship the item back to us within 5 business days of requesting the return when returning an item for a refund.
Ship the item back to us within 5 business days of requesting the return when returning an item for a replacement. If you haven't sent the item back after 30 days, you're charged for the second item.
