This is a unique dice or die electric table lighter. This has an on/off button and a removable/replaceable element (new old stock). The lighter body is solid translucent red plastic  The base has U.S.A. #81642. The lighter measures almost 3" tall and is 2 1/2" square. It has a good power cord and is in perfect working condition.
