 - Output level is outstanding. ..... Pickups are very balanced, can get gritty when cranked, but very clean when backed off. I like country, rockabilly and early rock and these p-90 really fit the bill. Because of their versatility I can't imagine a genre they couldn't be used for.

- The Pick ups have a surprisingly high output level. Single coil sound, and then some!! Turn up the volume and get that dirty sound. Slacken off the volume and play clean as a whistle. I've set the neck pick up quite a way from the strings to give me a more wooden / mellow sound. The Bridge pick up delivers a sweet full bodied treble.

- Output level is awesome - this guitar has finally come alive! These pickups beg to be opened up and become dirty, and that they do. Rolling back the volume delivers pleasing single coil goodness that Humbuckers simply cannot produce.
