In the case the packing is different from the original packing or the product arrives damaged, used or tampered with, no reimbursement will be made and the object will be returned, charging the customer for the return shipping.
The right to cancel does not include SHIPPING COSTS, in that this is a service and as such cannot be reimbursed.
The item must be returned within 7 business days. Once the 7 business days have passed, we cannot guarantee replacement of the item.
If the merchandise arrives damaged, note you accept the product with reservations on the transport agency's receipt so that it can be exchanged for an intact item.

Merchandise in stock at our warehouse in Italy is sent the next day upon verification of payment with bank confirmation.
