Guarantee and returns

All are products are covered by a guarantee under the terms indicated under Italian Law.
Starting from the date the product is delivered, you are covered by a 24 month guarantee if you acquire the product for personal use.
If you purchased the product for professional use (with VAT no.), the guarantee period is 12 months.

Guarantee does not cover tampering by the purchaser.
As envisaged under the law, the purchaser has the right to cancel from purchasing the material ordered within 7 days of the receipt of the merchandise, upon notification by registered letter with return receipt.
Products must be returned to the sender intact and sealed, including all of the parts, as they were shipped, never used, assembled, tampered with, etc. After verification of the returned merchandise, if everything is acceptable you will be reimbursed for the value of the product acquired within 7 business days, exclusive of shipping, which is the responsibility of the customer.

In the case the packing is different from the original packing or the product arrives damaged, used or tampered with, no reimbursement will be made and the object will be returned, charging the customer for the return shipping.

The right to cancel does not include SHIPPING COSTS, in that this is a service and as such cannot be reimbursed.

The item must be returned within 7 business days. Once the 7 business days have passed, we cannot guarantee replacement of the item.

If the merchandise arrives damaged, note you accept the product with reservations on the transport agency's receipt so that it can be exchanged for an intact item.

Shipping and Delivery

Merchandise in stock at our warehouse in Italy is sent the next day upon verification of payment with bank confirmation.

Merchandise in stock at our warehouses in Europe will be sent within 3 to 8 days. Always check whether a product is in stock or not in stock, products with green squares are available. If not, they may not be available within 24 hours.

Normally merchandise arrives on the day indicated. Delays can occur due to customs. Feel free to contact us for tracking of your merchandise.

Always ask before purchasing if you require more security about the arrival of your order.

If you are ordering on a holiday or the day before a holiday, shipping will be carried out the first normal business day following your order.
For orders within Italy, shipping can take 24-48 hours (72 for the islands). Bear in mind that couriers do not deliver on the weekend.

Remember that all our shipments are insured. When you receive your merchandise, carefully

check that the packages are intact when you receive them, to make use of this insurance.
