All Items received before 3:30pm are posted the same day all except Saturdays when orders will be sent out on Monday or the next working day from receiving full cleared payment.

All our listings are either posted 1st Class by Royal Mail, more expensive items or multiple orders by 48 Hour Royal Mail Tracked Service.

International orders will be posted Royal Mail Standard Airmail unless you require it faster but additional costs will be charged.

Next day delivery will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD

Return to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The item must be in its original condition and not been worn with the tags and labels attached if applicable to the product.

Only the cost of the item will be refunded. We will only refund the original cost of the item purchased and we will not refund any postal costs unless the problem was caused by ourselves ie the wrong size or item sent out or the item is faulty.
