All Buyers must contact me first before returning the item/S 
 

A Refund will only be given if the item being returned is in the same condition as when sent, unworn,unwashed,with all labels intact.  

If the item has any sign of being worn i.e.  scent,stain,make up mark, we will NOT issue a refund.

  • Once the refund is agreed by both sides, I will trasfer the money back into your Paypal account Within 48 hours of receiving the goods back

  • I will refund cost of the item only, excluding the postage fees that I paid when item sent (e.g if your item cost £25 + £2.99 postage you will have £2.99 deducted from the final refund amount)

    If I sell an item with free postage you will have the exact amount that it cost me to send deducted from your refund amount (you will see this amount on the stamp.) 

    In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong size or a faulty item please contact us through ebay msg service .

    Please take into consideration that buying clothing/accessories online is a totally different shopping experience than buying on the in store.
