Dispatch Times - All Items are sent the same day when ordered before 4pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, 12pm (GMT) Saturday, and are offered with a free delivery option (UK Only).  Any orders placed after 4pm (GMT) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next day.  Any orders after 12pm (GMT) Saturday or on a Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Domestic Services - Where possible, we endeavour to offer 'Fast & Free', using Royal Mail First Class.

Items over 2kg will be shipped using MyHermes, and a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the item has been posted (using the email address attached to your eBay account).

Royal Mail First Class Standard cannot be tracked.

Any purchases sent via a tracked service (Royal Mail Signed For, Guaranteed by 1pm & Guaranteed by 9am) will have a tracking number attached to the item once dispatched.

We also offer the 'Click & Collect' Service in partnership with Argos.  To use this service:

1. Choose the Click & Collect Delivery option - Select Click & Collect when you pay at checkout and choose the store you'd like to collect your parcel from
2. Wait for your collection notification - As soon as your parcel is ready to collect, eBay will send you an e-mail notification (and SMS if you've selected this option) containing a collection code
3. Pick up your parcel - Take your collection code to your chosen store and collect your parcel - it's that simple! You don't have to print off your code, just present it using your phone/tablet

Royal Mail First Class - 1-2 Working Days

Royal Mail First Class Signed For - 1-2 Working Days (A signature will be required to receive the item)

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - 1 Working Day by 1pm when ordered before 4pm GMT Monday to Friday (A signature will be required to receive the item)

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am - 1 Working Day by 9am when ordered before 4pm GMT Monday to Friday (A signature will be required to receive the item)

MyHermes - 2-5 Working Days (Aim of 2 days, but can be up to 5)

Click & Collect - 1-2 Working Days before you receive your collection code to pick the item up

International - All Items are sent using Royal Mail (unless item becomes too heavy when multiples are ordered or if previously arranged).  International Standard is not a tracked or signed for service.

'Royal Mail International Signed' requires a signature upon delivery, but can only be tracked  throughout the UK.

'Royal Mail International Tracked' can be tracked all the way to you, but will not require a signature upon delivery.

'Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed' can be tracked all they way, and also requires a signature upon delivery.

All tracking information will be attached to the purchased item once dispatched.
