Shipping Information

Thank you for purchasing goods from RallyflapZ We manufacture all our goods at our factory and specify shipping after the 5 to 7 days production period.

For UK deliveries, we use a 24hr next day courier, for harder to reach places in the UK like the Highlands you must expect 48 hrs for delivery.

Most EU offshore deliveries take 2 to 4 days to get there. Any countries that are not on our shipping list must message us for a shipping rate.

Please check your Paypal address is up to date, and that you are going to be in to accept a delivery - if you put your mobile number in your details - you will get a text when the item will be delivered. If you live in a hard to reach area e.g. secure flat, or will not be in during the day, please supply an alternative address for delivery. This will help speed up delivery times and save parcels being returned back to us.

Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing goods from RallyflapZ

Changed your mind? You can return your item to us within 14 days of receipt & you then have a further 14 days to send it back to us (Providing it is returned in the original packaging & a re-saleable condition)

Note only basic delivery of getting the goods to you in the first place will be refunded, if you opted for enhanced service like guaranteed next day, this will not be refunded.

We will not accept back used and/or damaged items unless there is a genuine reason. Please note you will be responsible for the costs to return the goods to us, unless they are faulty or if we are at fault then we will cover the relevant costs.

All we ask is that you contact us regarding your return so that we can add the relevant notes to your order details, please send your return request via eBay & one of our team will guide you through our hassle free returns process.
