Questions about shipping
Q: How long will my item take to arrive?
A: The Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class parcels by the next working day, but this is not guaranteed. For a guaranteed delivery date, choose Special Delivery Next Day, which is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the next working day after purchase.
For international buyers, the Airmail delivery aim is 5 working days, and Airsure has a delivery aim of 2 working days. However, neither of them have a guaranteed delivery date.
If your shipping address is outside the UK and you require a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us and we'll send you some quotes.
Q: What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive?
A: If your parcel doesn't arrive, or is damaged in the mail, we'll give you a full refund (including your shipping). Refunds can be claimed 15 working days after shipping for UK deliveries, or 25 working days for overseas parcels. Please note, these are the Royal Mail's rules, not ours! Just let us know when the problem arises and we'll sort it out as soon as possible.
