Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from us simply send a request within (30) days. We will ship your replacement immediately or refund if applicable. Sorry no returns on climbing equipment... examples are Carabiners, Helmets, Harnesses, Devices and other Hardware. Clothing can be returned or exhanged only if tags are still present and it appears to be in original condition.
