A vintage 8mm movie editor made by Opticon in Japan.  In original box and also has spare bulb and small brush accessory that looks like it can fit onto the main editor somewhere but I am not sure where or how!  Has nice integrated splicer that folds out from underneath the main body of the editor.
Untested and so sold as seen with no returns.  Have plugged in and light comes on and spindle turns when you turn the handle but do not know how to fully test.
