• If the item is faulty on arrival we can send you a replacement with free of charge, but the faulty item needs to be returned first so we can check the issue with the item. Please provide the detailed explanation, photos or video needed when contacting us via the eBay message.
• All returns should accompany the original packaging that was provided.
