    What happens if I’m not in when you deliver? 
    Most of our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD). If you are not in when your goods arrive by courier, a card will be put through your door giving details of the attempted delivery, and giving contact details for the courier company. Alternatively the courier may leave your order with a neighbour (please email us ASAP after placing your order if you do not wish this to happen).
    How long will it take for me to get my order?
    Our usual delivery time is 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated on a particular item.
    Are delivery dates guaranteed?
    It is impossible for us to guarantee delivery dates. We always aim to deliver your order to you within 5 working days (unless a longer delivery time is stated on individual products). If you have special requirements then please contact us and we will try our best to help you.
