How this works: 1) You buy and pay for the auction. 2) We contact you with details on where to send the phone. (phone must be sent minimum usps priority mail with tracking information) 3) You ship out the phone with battery using USPS priority mail with tracking (please include with the phone a small note with your ebay ID with what the problem is and what you want done) 4) You send us tracking information. 5) We receive the phone with your ebay id number and repair instructions and fix the phone on the same day. If we can not fix the phone we will contact you immediately. 6) We mail the phone back to you using USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking and we send you tracking information.
Phone Requirements:
1) Phone passwords must be disabled (we can not fix your phone if we can not access your phone)
2) Phone must have a working usb/charging port (your computer must recognize your phone when you plug it in)
3) Only phone and battery are needed (do not ship any other items with the phone--cords, cases, phone box, etc.)
4) Back up all data from the phone (pictures, videos, music, contacts, etc.) since we will factory reset the phone to complete the repair process. We will not be responsible for any data left on the phone when we receive it.
Waranty:
1) We offer a Lifetime warranty for this service (the guarantee is that your phone will not be google account locked anymore as long as you don't do it. You can setup your own google account lock on your phone however, all phones are tested before we return ship them so if you re-lock your phone that is on you). If you have questions, send us a message with your id and item number so we can get you squared away.
2) If we can not fix your phone for whatever the reason you will get a full refund - minus the shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

On a final note, Beware of ATOZCELL. He is plagiarizing my auction listing by copying my listing and just changing a few lines and the color of the font. I am in NO WAY ASSOCIATED with that seller. I have been a member of ebay since 1999 and in all that time my listings have never been plagiarized. I really don't like calling people out but I wish they would just write their own listing instead of copying. There are many ways to say the same thing without copying.
