Vintage Noel Cream & Sugar plus a Small Dish by Royalty Fine Bone China of England. Sweet Christmas pattern of poinsettias and holly with gold stars and rim. Cream pitcher is 3" tall, and ~3½" at widest point. Sugar bowl is 1¾" high w/  ~3¼" diameter. Small dish is 4¾" wide and ¾" high. Pre owned set with no major flaws, or crazing.
