Our items are dispatched using Royal Mail from our warehouse on the Isle of Wight in the UK. We ship to the entire world. Shipping is always FREE to the UK. (The whole UK including islands and highlands!) We dispatch 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and we try to dispatch all orders received before 1pm UK time the same working day where possible.

We send using a number of Royal Mail services as listed below:

• United Kingdom
  • Royal Mail Second Class, 3-5 Working Days: FREE
  • Royal Mail First Class, 1-2 Working Days: £1.49
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery, Next Working Day: £6.99
    • Order must be placed before noon to be sent the same day. Otherwise it will be dispatched the next working day.
    • This is a working day service. An order placed at 7pm on Friday night will be dispatched Monday and received Tuesday.
• Europe
  • Royal Mail Airmail, 14 Working Days: £2.49
• Rest of the World
  • Royal Mail Airmail, 14-28 Working Days: £5.49

Our fragile products will arrive properly packaged with fragile tape and the box will be packed with packing peanuts. We value our items and don't want them broken! They are carried via Royal Mail and the cost is based on the weight of the item(s).

RETURNINGTHINGS...

You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of purchase no matter what the reason. We do however ask a few things:
