This shower head was a store return. Opened to make sure everything was intact and un-used. The Teflon Tape is not in the package so you will need a few feet. Only a few dollars from any hardware store. Most home owners already have some lying around. Close up pictures were taken of the hose fittings due to the fact of people installing these without tape, tightening the plastic fittings until they split. I just had that same problem with a return last week. I've shown some pictures of 3 of the 7 settings. The rest can be seen at Lowes.com or you can google it.
