Windows to the Soul With Bethany, I am introducing for the first time a very unique and special feature. We have all heard that the eyes are the windows to the souls, a glimpse into the very being inside us. Nothing captures and illuminates our essense so much as our eyes. When we look into the eyes of a baby, what do we see? Sweet innocence, purity, and of course...love.
I want to capture that feeling and that essence with my babies, and for that reason I am now using the most realistic prosthetic eyes for my Small Wonders. These eyes are not the typical glass eyes found in reborn dolls. They are created in the same way that prosthetic eyes are made for real human beings. Each eye itself is a work of art, meticulously hand-crafted specially for each baby.
Never have you seen a baby so lifelike, so innocent and pure. Look into her eyes, and you will find a soul looking back.

-She is made from Ecoflex 20 Platinum-Cure Silicone, which has wonderful realistic movement as well as great strength-
-Bethany's body is poured in ONE PIECE and contains no seam lines nor glued parts-
-She is hand-painter with silicone paints which are archival and will not wash off ever-
-The head is jointed to allow movement in all directions, but very securely attached and will not fall off-
-Her mouth opens to reveal a tongue and inner-mouth, which will take a regular paci-
-Meticulously micro-rooted hair is a beautiful natural shade of reddish brown, and is the finest Delta Dawn Mohair- This hair is wonderfully STRAIGHT and makes such a difference! (Because the head is solid silicone, the hair cannot be glued in. Therefore, please take care and be gentle when combing hair)

I am a classically trained fine artist, having studied at the Florence Academy of Art in Italy. For several years I have been a portrait artist, but have fallen in love with reborning. Bringing a doll to life, by creating realistic and subtle skin colors, texture, features and hair, is an indescribable feeling.
