This vacuum is in great working condition, guaranteed.

The belt was replaced 

The beater bar is in good condition. 

The wheels roll freely.

The outer cloth bag was cleaned.
A brand new bag was put in. And three extra bags come with it.

There are a few superficial scratches from normal use.
