We ship products worldwide through Standard  Air-Mail (NO TRACKED POSTAGE), which takes longer depending on where you live; for European countries it usually takes 4-10 working days, and for the rest of the world 7-15 working days.         International Shipping on extra cost mentioned in P&P costs.

        DELIVERY TIME:
Indicated shipping times and Ebay's estimated delivery dates are for guidance only. Sometimes items may be delayed in transit, for example when deliveries are due around Bank Holidays or mailed overseas. We shipped the item quickly but the overseas shipping could be affected by many factors such as Customs processing, Local Bank Holidays, Post strike, etc. 
We thank you for your understanding on shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

DELAYED ITEM:
For domestic U.K. packages, we can only consider a parcel as lost after 12 working days have passed from the shipping date. For international packages, no item will be deemed to have been lost until 20 working days (1 month) have passed from the shipping date.          


         

We accept product return within 14 days since you received your package but product should be in original position and  not in damaged condition, the return shipping charges will be buyer responsibility.

        We accept returns for unwanted or faulty items, as long as the item is returned in 100% unused condition. When returning an item to us, please include a note inside the package with your eBay user ID, and reason for return.For domestic U.K. packages, we can only consider a parcel as lost after 12 working days have passed from the shipping date. ITEM NOT AS EXPECTED
        Please note that the pictures in this listing are for guidance only, in fact, every computer monitor shows colours differently... The colours shown on your monitor may differ from the colours in real-life, due to monitors use RGB colour and  printers utilize CMYK colour. Often these different concepts differ from colour scheme.          
Even so 99.9% of our customers are happy when they receive their items and find the pictures and product description to be highly accurate and true, BUT if you don't feel so, before leaving feedback, just let us know if your product is not as you had expected, as we will always accept returns and a full refund will be provided!

        ITEMS DAMAGED
        Items are always packaged safely, however some may be damaged for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to send a clear photo of the item before sending a replacement item out.

        LOST ITEMS
Please note that when an item get lost or undelivered due to incorrect / incomplete address details being provided by the buyer during the checkout process, we will need to wait until the case is returned to us by the carrier, and then we will offer a refund for the price of the case (original shipping costs are not refundable) or we can re-send the item at buyer's cost.
