Return & Damaged Item Policy

All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged by shipping carrier. Please send us a message immediately if items arrived damaged! We must be notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt. New items come with a 1 year item warranty provided by Craezon, unless provided by manufacturer. Any refurbished, or used items come with a 30 day store warranty. Craezon is not responsible for any merchandise that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:
