ü   The goods will be sent out within 1 business day.

ü   shipped by Chung-Hwa Post Registered  Mail (Have tracking number) from TAIWAN (Monday to Friday).

ü   We always declare our products with USD10-30 as GIFT. Please inform us if you need an invoice with the original value in advance.

DELIVERY TIME

Ÿ  Registered Air Mail:

ECONOMY: The normal delivery takes 7 to 25 business days

Expedited: The normal delivery takes 4 to 10 business days

it excludes Customs clearance time.

However, it may take 14 days or more to some countries due to strict Custom inspection.

If a package is stuck in customs than three months we will refund, Package stuck in customs, not only my responsibility is to our mutual responsibility.

Ÿ 14-day return policy

If you return your goods within 14 days after receiving the goods from us, the goods have not been assembled and are unopened in their original packaging; we'll give you a full refund. Please advise us the reasons to return the goods and ship back the goods with original packaging. The shipping cost for returning the goods will be paid by the buyer.
