Return Policy

I gladly accept returns for any reason but I do ask that the buyer pay for the return shipping & have a tracking number on the package. Item must be in condition as received-including smoke free odor. If it is an error on our behalf, A Fashionista’s Closet, will help fix the problem. Please just contact me with any problems or concerns.

There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns

*Items that are $250+  will have a signature required at delivery. If you would prefer not to have this please leave a note when checking out. Please know you are taking responsibility if package is stolen. 

I can ship international. Items will be shipped using the Global Shipping Program. They are shipped to Kentucky in the U.S and then they will ship internationally and will have tracking on the package. All customs duties & taxes are determined by the buyer’s country of residence and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Import duties/taxes assessed by the buyer's country of residence are not known by the seller and the actual price paid by the buyer will be reflected on any of the seller's customs forms for merchandise purchased. This price cannot be adjusted.

The faster you pay the faster you will get your item. I normally ship items within 1 business day. I ask that all items be paid for within 2 business days. Please e-mail me if for some reason you need more time. After 2 days if the item has not been paid for it will be re-listed on eBay.
