Shipping & Handling
Handling Time
We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday. All orders are shipped within one business day. When an order is placed before 1:00 PM EST, we usually ship the order the same day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship directly to all addresses within the continental USA, Alaska and Hawai. Although we do not ship directly to any other destinations, we do participate in eBay's Global Shipping program, allowing international customers to place orders and receive products through eBay's service.
Shipping Cost
Most of our products listed on eBay ship for free within the USA. Unless a shipping cost is specified in the listing of a specific item or at checkout time, shipping is always FREE.
International Orders
Customers outside the USA are always responsible for all taxes, import duties and any other fees due upon receipt of their order within the destination country. Before placing your order, please verify with the appropriate local authorities what the cost will be to clear your order through customs.
Undeliverable Packages
Any package returned by the carrier because of insufficient or incorrect addressing will be reshipped at buyer's cost once the address has been corrected.
Return Policy
We only accept returns within the first 14 days after you have received your item.
We do NOT process exchanges. If you order an item of the wrong size, please simply return the item and order another one of the correct size.
Any product returned to us must be brand new, in original undamaged packaging, with original tags attached, and is subject to our inspection and approval upon arrival at our warehouse. Please note that any product presenting any kind of perfume or deodorant scent, deodorant marks, hair or any other signs of wear will be rejected. This strict policy exists to protect our buyers and ensure that they always receive brand new, never-worn items.
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns. No exceptions.
Buyer is always responsible for the cost of packing and shipping items back to us.
