DISPATCH INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch any order before 12pm on the same day. However, all orders made after 12pm will be dispatched next day. All orders are dispatched on working days (Monday – Saturday) only.

We also dispatch via Special ‘Next-day’ Express Delivery service offered by Royal mail. To benefit from this service, customers are advised to select this option before checkout.

All orders are carefully packaged and inspected before dispatch. However, please note that human errors may arise in which case customers are advised to inform us immediately.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

PayPal is our preferred payment method. We recommend PayPal for all transactions as It is trusted, safe and secure. You can use all debit/credit cards through PayPal. Please note, this is the quickest and easiest method of payment and receiving your item.

We also accept bank transfers in which case customers are advised to send us a message to get details of the transfer.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We accept returns made within 30 days of receipt of goods. However, all customers are required to inform us through eBay of any such intention within 3 days of receiving goods.

Simply complete the returns form that came with your goods including the reasons why you are returning the product(s) to us. Please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you

 include the returns form then post the parcel to us within 30 days.

If you would like an exchange for your product or a different size please put these details into the notes section on the returns form. If we do have stock, we will send this by return. If no stock is

 available,we will refund you returned items to your original method of payment.Refunds will be credited within 3 days of us receiving your returned goods.

Please note, returns will only be accepted if items are unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags/labels attached and suitable for re-sale. Please note, all returns are inspected for the above criteria and if this is not met, items will be returned back to the customer.

Please note, postage costs are non-refundable. If you change your mind after your order is dispatched, or wish to exchange your item for a different size/colour, then additional postage costs will be required.
