Cancellations:
Incase you need to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours after completing checkout. Once the order has been marked as dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns:
If you're unhappy with the item or change your mind -
Buyers can return the item to us in 'unused' & 'resalable' condition along with original packaging for a refund within 14 days. Return postage in such situation are to be paid by the buyer. Please refer to policy pages on our eBay store homepage for further details.
Items delivered in damaged condition -
If such an unfortunate event has occured we offer full refund or ship a replacement at no cost to the buyer. Buyer will need to send us a picture of the damaged item showing the damage. This will also help us to improve our packaging and avoid any inconvenience in future.
Incorrect items delivered -
Normally our packaging staff carefully checks each order before dispatch. However, being humans they too are likely to make errors. In such an event we send out the correct items at no cost to buyers - Or if the buyer wishes we can provide full refund for the transaction.
If there is a refund, due to any other reason, we will process the refund directly into your PayPal account. PayPal Unique Transaction ID for the refund processed will be provided to you via eBay messages. Under no circumstances we are able to provide refund via any other means.

Customs:
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they are available to collect the shipment at time of delivery. In case the items are returned if the buyer was not available at time of delivery (or buyer has not claimed the shipment from the customs department), we will refund the money paid by the buyer after deducting the postage cost incurred to us in addition to GBP £1.50 restocking charges once the items are delivered back to us by the carrier. Refund will only be processed when the items are delivered to us.

Color Shades:
Please bear in mind that the colour shade may be slightly different as compared to the picture. This is because of different screen resolution and lighting while taking the picture. In unlikely cases where if any of the colour shade you've ordered is not in stock, the closest possible shade will be dispatched.
