Usage:

• Time/Date Setting:
  Under normal time mode, press "UP" to switch the following mode: AL1-AL2-Stopwatch-Countdown
  Under normal time mode, hold “MODE” for 2 seconds to enter the time setting mode,
  -- then press "MODE" to switch setting items:
  12/24 hour format > hour > minute > second > year > month > day > hourly chime ON/OFF > exit
• ALARM:
  Under normal time mode, press "UP" to switch to Alarm function(AL1 or AL2),
  -- then press "SET" to ON/OFF alarm function, and hold "Mode" 2 seconds to adjust alarm time.
• Stopwatch:
  Under normal time mode, press "UP" to switch to STW function, then press "SET" to start & stop timing,
  -- and press "Light" to zero when time stopped.
  During the stopwatch timer, press "LIGHT" to turn on SPL function, stopwatch keep running,
  -- press "LIGHT" again to return to the stopwatch timer.
• Countdown Timer:
  Under normal time mode, press "UP" to switch to TMR function,
  -- then hold "MODE" 2 seconds to enter adjusting mode, press "UP" or "SET" to set numbers(Hour/Min),
  -- press "MODE" again to confirm.
• Pedometer Mode:
  Under normal time mode, press "Mode" to switch to pedometer mode, then press "UP" to switch the display:
  -- Total steps / time mode > Total steps / exercise time mode.
  When on the pedometer mode, hold “MODE” for 2 seconds to adjust units of KG/LG, INCH, LOW/MIDDLE/HI
  -- (Pressing “UP” or ”SET” to select the specific function)
• Step Memory Storage Mode:
  Under normal time mode, press "MODE" to switch to MEMO function,
  -- then press "UP"/"SET" to change the date to view the historical records.
  Hold "LIGHT" for 2 seconds, the "ERASE" flashing displays, your are prompted to clear all the recorded data,
  -- press "Light" again to clear record of historical exercise.
• Heart Rate Mode:
  Under normal time mode, press "MODE" to switch to PULSE function, the heart-shaped sign will begin to beat,
  -- and the heart rate value will display and update in real time simultaneously.
• Mode Protection:
  Under normal time mode, press “UP” for 2 seconds to Lock the “Mode” button
