We
have a 30 Day Return Policy and every product has the Manufacturer
Warranty against defects.
Please contact
our Customer Service team if you have any issues with your
item and to obtain an RMA number.
You can return
or exchange an item purchased within 30 days of the original purchase
date. If the item is defective, we will give you an exchange or
full refund and will arrange for and pay all shipping costs. For
non-defective returns, you may be charged a 15% restock fee and
you are responsible for the original and return shipping costs.
If an item
is defective and had been shipped outside the United States, after
we delivered the item to a US address, the return shipping label
we provide will only be valid from the original address we shipped
the item to. Before we can issue the return label, It will be
up to the customer at their expense to first get the item back
to this original shipping address on the order.
